AiROVATION has long served the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area, comprised of seven airports, mobile from our base facility at Flying Cloud Airport.
We have worked mobile with all the major maintenance facilities in our metropolitan area, as well as those as distant as Texas. As a result, we have perfected the art and science of on-location and off-site interior services and complete interior refurbishment.
To enhance this service, we have added a thirty-two foot custom built, Classic Terminator RTX, tag trailer pulled by one of our twin, one ton, GMC extended cargo vans. This combination represents over 2,200 cubic feet of cargo area and allows us to easily handle interiors up to the size of a GV. |
  The trailer and vans are equipped throughout with E-track restraint systems for safe and secure transportation of your interior components. Seats and cabinetry are wrapped in clean quilted cargo blankets and strapped into the E-track system while headliners, window wall panels and PSUs travel safely, cradled in an overhead net and strap combination. Small components are secured in mobile wire racks, also secured into the E-track system.
A major benefit our service provides to operators is the enhancement of available down time by coordinating activities with your maintenance department or an outside maintenance facility. While we perform on or off-site interior refurbishment, other services, paint or maintenance are simultaneously being performed either in-house or through outsourcing.
